Soo Jr Tornado Capture Gold @ Boo In The Soo
Your Soo Jr Tornado followed up an intense and impressive weekend of hockey in Traverse City Oct 13-15 with an even stronger performance this past weekend in Soo Michigan to capture the 2017 Bantam 'AA' Boo In The Soo Tournament Championship.
After a 3-1-0 Round Robin which saw only the Sports Gold Rush defeat the Jr Tornado Thursday night, the two met again in the finals Sunday. This time however the Jr Tornado came out flying and went on to an eventual 6-1 win to capture the title.
Congrats to the players on back to back trememdous weekends of hockey and your first championship as a group. Way to go boys!
