BULLYING - ZERO TOLERANCE
As we start into a new season, we should all be reminded that hockey should be a safe, welcoming environment for players of all skill levels and background. Players should look forward to coming to the rink every day to spend time with their teammates and friends.

The Sault Major Hockey Association is committed to providing a caring, friendly and safe environment for all hockey participants so they can learn the game of hockey and the skills necessary to participate in the game in a fun, positive and secure atmosphere.

Bullying of any kind is unacceptable and will not be tolerated at any tryout, draft game,  practice, game or other SMHA sanctioned event associated with our hockey program. The Sault Major Hockey Association follows and adopts all practices recommended and mandated by Hockey Canada, the OHF and the NOHA. As part of the registration process, all players and coaching staff agree to a code of conduct prior to beginning their season.

It's about fair play and respect for everyone.
