Our team had the privilege to learn from Brock McGillis and the Shiftmakers Tour. The focus for this tour is to build stronger locker rooms and teams where every player feels part of something bigger. Brock taught the players how to lead and support their teammates.
Brock has partnered with organizations across every level of hockey, including the Maple Leafs, Calgary Flames, Ottawa Senators, Seattle Kraken and Chicago Blackhawks. Brock hopes teams can have tigher bonds, stronger culture and players who know how to show up for each other.
