Soccer Golf at Maplewood Golf Course

We've booked our team to play SOCCER golf at Maple View, followed by a pasta, meatball and salad dinner.
Here are the details:
Sunday, August 28th
Meet at 1:30 - 4pm
Form teams of 5-6
Siblings are welcome to play
Soccer takes about 45 min to an hour, but the kids can play as much as they want!!
Golf & dinner per PLAYER would be $12
(Which our Social Fund WILL PAY FOR)
Additional children is $7 to golf, $5 for dinner.

Parents are $10 per person for the meal. *Cash bar on site
Kids would have free reign of the place and can bring hockey sticks or ball gloves to keep themselves amused afterwards.
Also, BYOB(soccer ball) otherwise they charge us $1 per ball
We DO have our last summer ice that night from 5-6. Coach Chris has already paid for the ice, otherwise did consider cancelling.
Please confirm if you are able to attend and how many will be eating so we can confirm numbers with Ada at the course.
