The Sault Major Hockey Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on
Tuesday June 20, 2023 starting at 7:00pm at the Steelton Room at the NCC.
During the AGM we will hold the elections of the board to fill
all open positions. Nominations have been announced for the Sault Major
Hockey Association Board of Directors, and are as follows:

The AGM is open to anyone interested, but only registered members will
have a vote. Sault Major is currently accepting registration for the AGM.
We are seeking your support to provide the names of the individuals who will be
registering/participating in the AGM in advance as only registered individuals will
have access to attend the AGM and to vote.
Individuals eligible to vote include the following:
a) Board members
b) 1 representative from each of the 2022-23 teams.
- Teams must be in good standing
- Please note that an individual that is
part of more than one team, may only have 1 vote.
c) Parent members who have previously registered - these
are parents/guardians who
have
previously registered to vote and paid the $5.00 membership.
d) Sault Major lifetime members (Merit Scroll members)
We require the names
and email address for all individuals who are registering for the meeting.
