The Sault Major Hockey Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting on
Thursday June 15, 2023 at 7:00pm. Location to be announced.
The AGM includes but is not limited to voting on constitutional amendments, open executive positions, and SMHA finances.
Open positions and positions for re-election are as follows:
- 1st vice president (minimum 1 year on the board)
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Registrar
- NOHA Liaison
- Ice scheduler
- Fundraising chair
- U15HL Director
- U18HL Director
- U15A Director
- Director at Large (1)
Deadlines for the AGM are as follows:
**Constitutional Amendments must be submitted by May 30th, 2023 to [email protected]
**The proposed amendments will be made available to everyone registered to vote, by June 1st, 2023
**Executive position nominations must be submitted by May 31, 2023 to [email protected]
