This past week, our U15A, U15HL, U18A and U18HL held their playoffs. It was in the tournament format that removed the elimination-style series used in the past, and kept more teams playing during the year for a longer period of time.
The Sault Major Hockey Association board of directors would like to thank all of the teams for an exciting and successful season and playoffs, and congratulate each of the division playoffs.
U15A Playoff Winners - SK Steel
SK Steel had a successful season leading their division. When it came to the playoffs, they carried that success through with a nail biting overtime in the final game. Congratulations to the coaching staff and players.
U15HL Playoff Winner - Pro Shop Penguins
The Pro Shop Penguins had an exciting week of hockey that culminated in a win in the final game making them the playoff champions. Congratulations to the coaching staff and players.
U18A Playoff Champions - The Sharks
Sault Sharks battled it to the last second in the finals of the U18A 2023 league championships. We would like to thank all coaches in teams that were involved in this season.
