AGM - NOMINATIONS AND PROPOSED AMENDMENTS
Sault Major Hockey
Association will be holding their AGM on May 31, 2022 beginning at
7 p.m. and will be hosted virtually using Zoom.
During the AGM we will hold the elections of the board to fill all open positions. Nominations have been announced for the Sault Major Hockey Association Board of Directors, and are as follows:

Nominations from the floor will only be accepted if no nominations for the position have been received by May 17th, 2022.
No proposed amendments to the constitution were received this year.
The Financial statements will be presented, as well as all other normal AGM business.
The AGM is open to anyone interested, but only registered members will have a voteSault Major is currently accepting registration for the AGM. Given the different format, we are seeking your support to provide the names of the individuals who will be registering/participating in the AGM in advance as only registered individuals will have access to attend the AGM and to vote.
Individuals eligible to vote include the following:
a) Board members
b) 1 representative from each of the 2021-22 teams
c) Parent members who have previously registered - these are parents/guardians who
have previously registered to vote and paid the $5.00 membership.
d) Sault Major lifetime members (Merit Scroll members)
We require the names and email address for all individuals who are registering for the meeting. Please send an email to [email protected] to register for the AGM.
