SMHA AGM is scheduled for Zoom meeting

The SMHA Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via zoom on Monday May 31st starting at 7pm.  Everyone is welcome to attend but only members will be allowed to vote.  To register for the meeting please contact SMHA Secretary Michelle Guzzo by email [email protected] and a link to the AGM will be send before the meeting.  


The AGM includes but is not limited to voting on constitutional amendments, open executive positions, and SMHA finances.  Deadlines for the AGM are as follows:
Constitutional Amendments must be submitted by May 1st, to SMHA secretary.
The proposed amendments will be made available to everyone registered to vote, by May 16th
Executive position nominations must be Submit by May 17th to SMHA secretary.
An update list of nominations for the board will be presented to voting members by May 17th.

The open positions on the SMHA executive are: 1st Vice President (minimum 1 year on the board), Treasurer, Registrar, 1 Director at large, U15 house league director, U15 A league director, NOHA contact, and Ice Scheduler.
