Bantam Major AAA's Are Champs at the Mid Winter AAA Classic in Detroit

The Soo Jr Greyhound Bantam Majors headed to Trenton, Michigan over the January 10th to 13th weekend to participate in the 2020 Mid Winter AAA Classic Detroit tournament.

They went undefeated in the tournament on their way to the championship game.

Friday, January 10
Meijer AAA (2) vs (4) Soo Jr Greyhounds
Indy Jr. Fuel (1) vs (6) Soo Jr Greyhounds

Saturday, January 11
Cleveland Barons (3) vs (4) Soo Jr Greyhounds
QFinals – Slyvania North Stars (3) vs (5) Soo Jr Greyhounds

Sunday, January 12
Semi-Final – Fox Motors (1) vs (4) Soo Jr Greyhounds
Final – Phoenix Jr Coyotes (0) vs (3) Soo Jr Greyhounds

Next up for the team is league play in Powassan, Ontario where they face off against the North Bay Trappers on January 18th and 19th.
