ATTENTION:  This program is a mandatory certification that at least one parent must have for your hockey player.  Hockey Canada has mandated it and once complete an electronic record is sent to the registrar portal, then and only then can your player be officially put on your team's roster.  Teams absolutely need their rosters in order to get travel permits for tournaments.  Please have one parent complete this ASAP to avoid a player suspension. The cost is $12.00 and it take about 1hr to complete online.
