Welcome to the sixth season for the 2007 Soo Jr Greyhounds AAA program, now newly named the U15 AAA Soo Jr Greyhounds. This is a new year with new coaches that have an abundance of experience to bring these young men to the next level.
It has a been a long 18 months since the players of the 2007 Soo Jr Greyhounds last played in front of family and friends. These young men used that time away from the rink to get bigger, stronger and add more skill and speed to their game. Head Coach Dom Deluca and his staff had a lot of tough decisions during this years tryouts, but the hard work and focus of 18 individuals stood out over the rest.
The coaching staff of the U15 AAA Soo Jr. Greyhounds would like to congratulate all the players on making the team and they are excited to see what the future brings. Their goal for this season is to challenge the players to reach their fullest potential in a fun environment where the kids can grow and develop as hockey players and young men. This site will be the corner stone for communication and information for the team all in one location all year long.
The team has an exciting season planned this year participating elite tournaments in Peterborough, Sudbury, Kitchener and Vaughan as a path leading up to the teams goal of making it to the OHF Championships next April.
