New Year New Expectations
It has been 5 months since the ‘07 AAA Soo Jr Greyhounds captured the NOHA Championship against the North Bay Trappers in Sturgeon Falls. With that win, the Jr Hounds gained the confidence in their ability to win when they need to and will use it as fuel for their upcoming season and show everyone what their true capabilities really are.

After taking a few months off to relax and recover from a great season, the hard work on and off the ice has already began for these 17 talented 12 year olds boys. Each player had their own goals and training plans during the summer but they will all come together in 4 days as one unit that are bigger, stronger, faster and hungrier than in any other year of the program.

The 2007 Soo Jr Greyhounds will mark the start of the season on Monday August 26 when the Peewee Major AAA training camp begins at The John Rhodes Sports Complex. With 4 straight days of on ice action, the boys will be able to strengthen their bond and build the foundation for another excellent ’07 Soo Jr Greyhound season.

Their drive, determination and skill will be showcased in the team’s first event on September 13-15 when they take the familiar path down highway 17 to Sudbury to begin the season at the NOHL AAA Showcase. They league dynamics have changed and their opponents have all improved dramatically over the summer, making the 2019-2020 season the most competitive and exciting season to date.
