Elgie Builders/Fisher Wavy Jr Hounds extend point streak.
With a 7 game string of games with at least a point on the line, the AA Hounds headed to Sudbury for a 3 pack of league games. Game one saw the hounds face a familiar foe in the Sudbury Peewee Minor AA Wolves. The Soo club scored early and lead for the majority of the game.
Both goalies were stellar in keeping the game close until a scramble lead to a late tying goal by the wolves.
Game 2 saw our Greyhounds face the AA Wolves once again. Once again the goaltenders came to play as time and time again they went save for save. Our Hounds slid one past sudbury's tender for the lead. With under 2 to go the wolves pulled their goalie and were once again able to net the equalizer. The Soo had to settle for another tie, their 5th straight in league play.
Game 3 Sunday morning was the Sudbury Wolves Major A wolves. The Hounds struck first and never let off the gas the entire game for a solid 5-0 victory.
